SHIPPING POLICY


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local time) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • During peak seasons, launches, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is up to 10 business days after the order has been processed.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Destination country

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier delays

  • Seasonal demand

  • Force majeure events


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

It may take 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Import duties, VAT, customs fees, or local taxes may apply.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the customer will be responsible for return shipping and any additional fees.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Failure to collect the package

We may charge a reshipping fee.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • Please contact the carrier directly first.

  • We may assist by providing delivery confirmation details.

We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Pandemics

  • Customs inspections

  • Strikes

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Government actions


8. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain regions or countries if shipping services are unavailable or restricted.
